Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a nail appointment today of course due to the flooding I have no control over, I called 15mins earlier (2:15pm) stating I may be running late. Now if I had to I would reschedule but the problem is the receptionist or whoever she is tells me I lose my deposit after asking me am I going to make it at 2:30pm( my actual appointment time). That make no sense to me if it’s out my hands due to weather. I stay 15 minutes away from them and I left at 2 o’clock . The aftermath of the flooding and thunderstorms was horrible with the traffic and traffic lights. They didn’t care. She pretty much hangs up on me. Now mine you I’m still on route to them. Traffic lights and other passes are flooded, I called back to speak to higher superior and she tried the same thing. She hung up after trying to hit me with their policy which states nothing about emergency weather. After I explain how their making no sense about weather that’s out of our hands she stated I’m getting my deposit back and hung up. Very unprofessional. Funny thing is they have been late on my appointments plenty of times and not once have I complained. I guess my time isn’t valuable but their’s are. I’m giving one week to get my money back. I was a regular but now I’m looking for a new nail tech or salon.
