I came in with platinum highlights and needed my dark roots touched up, I’m very unhappy with the results. My roots came out very brassy and my ends were darker due to the toner she used. Also the roots were very blotchy, she didn’t let it process long enough. I paid $240 more plus tip and for that price you would expect good work. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon especially if you’re going blonde.

Honestly this was one of the worst Hair salons I’ve been to in my life. I’ve never met such a lazy and rude hairstylist before. I believe her name was Hailey and she had red hair. Hailey got upset because I didn’t like how my hair came out. I had some highlights on one side of my head looking different than the other side because she had a “helper” doing the left side of my head. To top it off, the helper was passive aggressive the whole time. I was so patient with the two and respectfully told the hair stylist I didn’t like how my hair came out and she took it personal and started to tell me “ Well people see different things… but you can leave if you will or I can fix it”. I asked if she can please fix it (I instantly regretted asking because as soon as I did she caught an attitude ). After, finishing the hair coloring process she then “trimmed” my hair but she literally cut only three strands and the air. I wish I was lying ladies but unfortunately I’m not. I do recommend doing your research before trying a new salon and not make the same mistake I did.

My girlfriend has had her extensions done by both Jamie and Brian. Keep into consideration she paid more than $2000 each time for her I-tips. They act exactly how you would imagine a reality show salon would. If you liked being bullied in high school then this is the place to go. They always have something catty and mean to say about the clients who literally just walked out of the door. In fact the last straw was when Brian accidently pocket dialed my girlfriend as soon as she left. She hadn’t even pulled out of the parking lot and she was sitting there listening to all of the stylists talk about her.
