I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I just had to for Jennifer at Hotspot. She makes you comfortable from the first visit, and she knows hair!!!! I have thin, fine, not so great hair, but she knows how to cut it to make the most of what I have. She listens to my concerns and makes recommendations, but is never pushy. There is a real conversation about different options, and nothing is done until we are in agreement. I’ve tried many hairdressers/salons over the years in the area, and she is the best hairdresser I’ve had in a very, very long time. She’s also a very sweet and kind person. Give her a try!

She was very efficient and knew what she was doing and made my hair look so good! I had red and was going back to my blonde root color and she matched it up to the T and also left in some red but lightened it down to a strawberry blonde and im honestly so in love with it! I definitely recommend coming here for any hair needs as she did such a wonderful job and im excited to visit again!!Emilee was my stylist and she did such an outstanding job!
