Wow is all I can say….. online check in for an appointment showed up 10 min before my appointment. Lady was finishing with a customer. (To be expected) she then had what I assume to be a regular walk in ignored me and started to cut his hair next. Then I kindly asked what was going on and was told by a different employee in a snotty attitude that I was next clearly like it said in the board..I will not be coming back

Great hair cut! Thank you Natalie or Nicole? (Sorry I know it was one or the other name). I had never been to a Sports Clips before today and it was definitely worth it. I was in a bit of a time crunch on my lunch break from work and was calling everyone locally to try to get in during my lunch hour and everyone was saying no but luckily they had a spot for me. I waited for like two minutes and got right in and she gave me a medium fade, finally got rid of my wings on the back of my head! The only “Complaint” I have is: HOCKEY on TV, really!? Who likes hockey, this is USA not Canada!? Hahaha jk jk IK lots of people like it.. Anyways, thanks!

I had no idea getting a haircut at Sport Clips is an all day thing now. I checked-in upon arrival and then sat in their lobby for 2 hours, and I was still an hour out from getting a haircut when I eventually left. I had work meetings and just ran out of time and could wait no longer. What a waste of time. If I could give zero stars I would!

Definitely check in online before you go there! It’s busy every time I go for a cut, and that has to mean it’s a solid place, right? I have gotten great cuts here every time I’ve been, the stylists do a good job listening to what you want and then delivering. 10/10 would reccomend.

I chose the first available after work because I have a flight which would include engagement photos. I have a Mohawk, and I needed all of it equal length and straight for the part. I was as vocal as I could be about what I was looking for and how I intended to style it. The hairdresser, Angela, did not seem very confident about how I would look with it. The only issue I had at a previous Sportclips was that the front length was longer than the bottom length. I wish I could post a photo because my partner and friend had to spend an hour fixing it. I wasn’t offered a mirror to view the back of my head, and the lengths were different on both sides and front to back–the lineup wasnt straight either. I asked for shaved sides and even that was uneven. I didn’t realize how bad this was when I walked out until my friends looked even more closely at it. I did not feel confident in Angela’s experience level or her opinion of my choice. I wore a mask and had hair inside of it on my nose and in my eyes. I didn’t want to be rude so I waited until I could remove it. I would rather drive twice as far for a reputable barber in Portland.

There was a long line of people waiting for a Saturday afternoon haircut. Cayley was obviously the manager by the way she was communicating with clients and the two other ladies that were cutting hair as they quickly moved through the line in half the estimated time. She was exactly what every business owner wants in an employee and with no prior experience with my old man, wavy, unruly, graying hair, she also gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had.

Got a fantastic trim from Alissa! Highly recommend her work. I was going to a barbershop until I moved, and I wanted to get a quick trim ahead of moving again. Alissa was super friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted. Great experience overall!

I have taken my son here for a haircut a couple times now and they do a great job with him. He is 5 and can be kind of restless during haircuts, but they are always patient and do a great job. Plus, you can make appointments online so it’s really easy to get in there without a wait.

Alissa and the rest of the sport clips employees at this location are very good at what they do. Ive had my hair messed up at other barbers and stylists. But never here. Highly recommend you come see the woman at this location.

For the second time in a row I used the online check in app and had a horrible experience. The online app again today told me to arrive at 2:03pm for my appointment. I checked in online at 1:30pm and it showed a 37 minute wait. When I arrived at 1:50pm (early) it showed on the board my wait was 59 minutes! What is the point of your app and checking in early! This is the second time it’s happened to me! And I just get excuses at counter.
