Been to this salon quite a few times for acrylic nails. Happy with the way they turn out every time. Long lasting and beautiful! Just got the pink and white. Well worth the money!! Sculpted nails

The pedicure was good. Was done well. However, they did not inform me of the extra charge for the no chip polish until I went to pay. Which I think is very unprofessional. I know it usually is a few extra bucks, but it was not posted anywhere nor was I informed before my service or during.. not until I went to pay was I told and I wasn’t very pleased about this considering it was an extra $20 I was not expecting.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Incredibly rude. Terrible service. Unsanitary. I walked out. Manicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAs soon as you walk in, you can tell they need to do some cleaning. When getting my services, the employee doing my nails was extremely rude to me and 2 other customers as well. The price of the service was cheap but you get what you pay for-2 of my nails broke within the week and one is already lifting. Will never be wasting my money here again.Service: Acrylic nailsAs soon as you walk in, you can tell they need to do some cleaning. Critical: PunctualityMy complaint is not with the quality of service. I always receive a quality manicure and the staff is very nice. My issue is with being able to get a service. About two weeks ago I went in and was told that the wait time would be “very long” and that I should come back later or make an appointment. I realize most nail salons are very busy on Friday so I went yesterday (Thursday). While they are supposed to be open 7 days a week, when I arrived there I found a note on the door that they were closed that day. This is only the 3rd or 4th time over the past six years that the salon was closed without notice but it was an inconvenience. After I arrived back home I called and left a message on the answering machine that I wanted an appointment for 3:00 on Friday – I went for a later time knowing how busy they are in the morning. Well, I hadn’t received a return call verifying my appointment by 10:30 so I called the salon and spoke with a gentleman that took my appointment for 3:00. I showed up at 2:50 and was told by one of the women that my wait time would be about an hour. I told her I had an appointment and she said the wait would be about an hour. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if I had to wait an hour. She just shrugged her shoulders. Totally unprofessional. They can’t have it both ways – taking walk-ins and taking appointments. I will be taking my business to 4 Seasons in Lowell or You & Me Spa Nails in St. John.Service: ManicureMy complaint is not with the quality of service. I went in as a walk in and they asked me to come back in an hour, which was no issue. I went next door to a coffee shop and did some work. I came back and waited another 30 minutes before they helped me (they only had 2 people working). The nail tech started clipping my nails off quickly before I could even say anything. All I wanted was a gel manicure (which I wrote down) but he assumed I wanted acrylic nails and that he needed to cut them down. It took me a long time to grow out my nails so I am pretty upset. He seemed to quickly rush through the rest of my manicure making little mistakes (I asked for them to be filed round and he did them square). My nails look okay, but with all the little mistakes made, it would keep my from returning.
