Absolutely awful! If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my daughter went to have our nails done we both needed a fill the lady that did our nails ( didn’t have a name tag on or tell us a name) was so rude! Asked the same questions over and over and over. Also spoke so softly I couldn’t even hear what she was saying. When it came to my daughters nails she literally just ripped off her old nails which was extremely painful for her! When doing my nails they are not filed correctly and are very uneven. The polish is the worst job I have ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. The polish is pretty much only down the middle leaving huge gaps next to the skin. When she painted the tip of my nails but didn’t put the top coat on the top so it left the tips of my nails super tacky. Also didn’t put the top coat over the polish on my nails in general so those parts are also tacky. I will never go back and never recommend anyone come here! My nails look so awful after paying them now I have to pay someone else to do them correctly! I have attached a photo to show the paint job that was done. They all look like this but is just one example of that. Update to earlier nail polish is already peeling! Had my nails done at 10 am and they are peeling at 9 pm. This place is a joke!!!

Although the location is beautiful and the layout was beautiful the service Tech that gave me my treatment had a poor attitude. . My ring finger nail was cut lower than the bed of the nail which which made it look very odd. I Figured oh well it’ll just grow out but after A-day or 2 I asked if i could come back in to have it repaired or something else done. I traveled over 20 miles to get to the location only to be told that there was nothing that they would offer me and any changes or services would be at full charge. Yes, I was disappointed that they could/would not offer anything. She actually got up and walked away and went back to cleaning other stations

You will always receive the best treatment at Nail Pro. Louis was incredible when he was here, and Holly is the sweetest. They always make sure the place is clean and updated. I have been coming here for years and it is always a relaxing time and wonderful experience. Kim is just the absolute best, and I look forward to seeing her when I come!

I always liked nail pro but now I love them! I was just going to get my dip polish with tips off – but my nails were so damaged that my technician stayed late and helped me fix my nails and did so without using harsh lights or chemicals. I was very impressed by the knowledge, caring and professionalism. Plus, my nails look so much better (and healthier) now!
