Even in the middle of the day on a Saturday they managed to get my 11 year old daughter in so she could get her nails done for her first homecoming. Very pleasant atmosphere and kind employees. She sat with a very nice young man second to last chair in the back and his designs were amazing and beautiful. Oh and the price was $30+ cheaper then all other nail salons around. Thank you we will return.

I called and made an appointment for 2:00 and made sure I didnt have to wait. Got there early. I waited 20 mins. The young gentleman at the front said ok you can go to number 5, then I waited for 10 mins. After the older lady sat down and startes to do my nails and then got up, didn’t say anything that she was going to help another customer and sat on another station. I waited for 40 mins in total so I left because no one decided to say anything to me or at least tell me your understaffed. I have never waited that long to do my nails.

The older gentleman that did my pedicure cut my big toe waaay too short. I told him it was hurting and he tapped my toe and kept going. He kept trying to cut them further, i guess to even it out. I old him to stop because my toe was very tender because he cut it too far back. He threw his hands up and started talking VERY loudly in his language and was ANGRY. Yes, he was ANGRY at me because I stopped him from messing up my toe even more!! The young lady finished my pedicure was very nice but could barely touch my big toe because it was that sensitive. This place is under new management and it was my first and last visit.

Critical: QualityI wish I could give ZERO STARS. I have been a client of this salon for eyebrow wax (Manis and pedis, too) for 15 yrs. In 15 years, the salon has undergone new management and staff twice. The last set of owners were great, they had been there about 6 or 7 years. I went in today a for a brow wax and they have new management and staff. I haven’t been in 4 weeks. This eyebrow wax job was terrible. My brows look chopped up and not clean at all. Aside from that, the service is terrible and after repeatedly saying I did not like them and pointing out what I didn’t like, she insisted they look great. I will NEVER go back to this place again.
