Only 4 people: 2 on nails and 2 for pedicures. I wanted a set with gel color and the LIE told me was they didn’t have gel colors but only acrylic powers but didn’t have the color I wanted. ( They hide the gel c colors because I saw the bin when I was drying my nails) The guy doing my nails didn’t want listen to me on the shape I wanted and I don’t care what anyone says…. the price isn’t affordable especially when they don’t do what you want. Not again.

Long wait and very disrespectful !! Annie will try to make you get things done you didn’t ask for and when you decline she gets nasty !! You would think she is paying . I no longer go there and i dont recommend anyone else to… going to salon is suppose to be relaxing and fulfilling experience.. here you waiting hours only to get into an argument about being forced to get something you don’t want!! Horrible !!!!

This is the best place I have ever been to and I have been doing my nails for years and been to so many spa. Everywhere I go people ask me where you get your nails done. Lots of compliments. I wear them up to a month and they look good. Michael you are the very good!

The only person who does decent nails is Anne. She’s fast however due to the wait alone I have never spent less than 3 hours WAITING. The pedicurists are inexperienced and the gel polish is subpar and peeled after 2 days. The clientele is ratchet and ruins my experience every time and they don’t accept cards.

I’ve been going to this establishment for years and never had a bad experience. Annie, the owner usually does my nails whenever I visit and does a great job. All the other staff members are nice and professional.

Do not go to this nail salon! Their designs are up to date but they are very disrespectful. There’s only two nail techs so your going to be waiting two hours or more, if you don’t choose one of Annies designs or if you show them a picture of what you want they get an attitude, I went to Annie once but she was nasty so I started going to Michael who is easier to get along with until he makes a mistake on your nails and you ask him to fix it, I’ve been going to this salon for 4 months and every time I go their arguing with a customer so I know not to get on their bad side until I sat there for two hours one day after a long day of work and then was told that they don’t want to do my nails because I asked for a gold chrome nails and I didn’t pick one of their designs, I was also told I’m too picky and I should go find another salon to do the designs I like, mind you not once have I had a problem at this salon because I’m a pretty quiet person and don’t like problems so for them to tell me they don’t want to do my nails because they want to do it their way blows my mind, I thought I was paying for my nails to get done for myself but not at this salon. Furthermore when I soaked off the acrylic they put on my nails four of my nails had a green fungus on them which means their using cheap products, I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never have I been so disgusted!

The first time I came here I got French, there was some dirt in the white polish. He assured me he’d make them beautiful so I left him alone til he was done but then when he said I was finished, there were black streaks in my French manicure! He even yelled at me for asking him to paint over this to cover it. I could have asked him to do them over but I didn’t, and I still tipped him! Nevertheless he stood up over me and yelled! I didn’t go back for a long time but one Sunday I got desperate for a quick pedicure and this place is closest to my house. It was the pedicure from hell. My foot came out of the tub covered in someone else’s dead skin (they hadn’t scrubbed my feet yet!) they acknowledged and apologized. I’m not too sensitive and trusted it was nothing some rubbing alcohol couldn’t disinfect so I let him finish. But then he sprayed the sponge with bathroom cleaner to exfoliate my feet with! I told them I couldn’t proceed and won’t be returning.
