I initially went to Hope as a referral from my doctor after a car accident. He said she was the best. I have been through massage therapy previously through another provider, and assumed they were all the same. I couldn’t be more wrong. Hope began with a thorough review of the injury and how it affects my everyday movements. The treatment involved working the muscles that combine together to create pain and tightness in that area. Hope explained the connections of the muscles, so i could better understand what the purpose of the particular stretch. It was surprising the level of knowledge and experience needed to properly treat an injury. I now have a newfound appreciation of what a massage therapist does. Not a glorified spa masseuse, but a critical part of the healing process. 100% recommend Hope.
