Critical: ProfessionalismI was looking forward to trying this cute salon for a simple hair trim. I reached out via social media to book an appointment and was redirected to an online booking service instead of just working with me to make an appointment (which is fine). Followed the link and requested an appointment for an open time slot with one of the hairdressers. She did not approve my request so I tried again with a different hair dresser and requested an appointment for another open time slot and was once again refused. I also tried calling the salon phone number several times to see if I could actually speak to someone in hopes of getting an appointment. However, no one answered or called back. I was looking forward to trying this cute salon for a simple hair trim. I reached out via social media to book an appointment and was redirected to an online booking service instead of just working with me to make an appointment (which is fine).
