She goes over the colors she plans to use, she goes over multiple pictures and asks what you see vs. what she sees so that she can grasp the look you are going for! If you are looking for someone to do your hair at HONEY look no further than Kristen. She is also one of the sweetest gals you will come across. I requested an appointment after getting a really uneven haircut elsewhere, and ALICIA was able to squeeze me in same day. I was really nervous about the appointment but she put me at ease as soon as I met her. She fixed my hair without having to lose length but she didn’t just fix it she made it perfect. I cannot thank her enough for making my hair beautiful. I am so picky about my haircut and she went above and beyond. I’m glad I found my Long Beach hair dresser! The salon was clean and cute, they even carry a sustainably sorced hair product line. I’m still adjusting to life in Long Beach and often having to fight for parking so I was so happy when I saw they have a parking lot. Overall excellent experience.

Very disappointed in Roberto my daughter had an appointment and left a 50 deposit with him which i understand well she got admitted to the hospital and needs surgery, my daughter told him what was going on even sent him a picture of her hospital wrist band and his response was its his policy not to return deposits cause he has bills to pay how insensitive of a person instead of offering her to reschedule when she recovers and apply her deposit to that appt very rude and insensitive in my opinion!! maybe he was having a bad day but that’s not how you handle customers!!

Made an appointment, got there 10 minutes early and they didnt take me till half an hour AFTER my appointment time because they were running late, only for my stylist to tell she doesnt do the style of haircut I wanted. I wanted a pixie cut and left with nothing. What sort of a stylist cant do a pixie cut?? Very disappointed.
