Very disappointed after 7 years of being a patient at this office and not receiving effective or quality service for care. Constantly being put on hold, not receiving a call back after leaving several messages to refill a prescription, 2 pharmacy attempts to refill a prescription and no call back from the office manager to assist with a solution. The office lacks communication, has no sense of urgency and is booked out for months to even make an appointment when requested by the physician.

Came here to get something fixed Kaiser had done. The doctor and nurse were both super nice. They even made me stop and asked me why I wanted it removed. Just really kind people and a super lovely office. Thank you and trust me I’ll be back! Already told my mom to go here over Kaiser.

Scheduled the appointment for my 3 month old (first time parents) because he had redness and patches to his skin and it seemed like everything was setting off his skin with a rash. We saw Dr. Benjamin Farahnik he was extremely friendly and understanding of our concern with our baby’s skin. He reassured us everything was good in regards to our baby he’d just need a good skincare routine. Gave us a prescription just to help clear our baby’s face and after 2 days for sure his face is looking a lot better. Recommended some options since my baby did have sensitive skin and looked at the baby skin products and my products that I brought along to see if they were the culprit in causing the rashes. Even sent us with some helpful information. Shout out to Ana who assisted Dr. Farahnik she wrote down the info for us because you know I didn’t and it was a lot of information to take in. Facilities was amazing too. Highly recommend and for sure we’ll be coming again for any dermatological needs.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Kane and her team for always taking my health so seriously. After developing Melanoma in 2016, Dr. Kane suggested to a family member of mine (who was already her patient) that I start seeing her. I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Kane is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. My surgical oncologist has great respect for her and knows she’s the best in the business. Dr. Kane makes detailed accounts of my skin’s status with each body scan and is always sure to bring up other aspects of my health to keep in check as it could relate to Melanoma. It’s of course scary to find out your body could possibly create a life threatening illness and I know at Laser Skin Care Center, I’m in very, very good hands.

My first visit to Laser Skin Care Center was excellent. I had been really nervous about going, but once inside, I relaxed. Everyone (from the front desk to the nurses to doctors to receptionists) was professional, friendly, and very very helpful. “Dr. Ben” was especially helpful at putting me at ease and listening to my concerns.
