She is a down-to-earth, patient, empathetic stylist that really knows her clients. I respect her honesty when it comes to making style choices or choosing hair color. In addition, she always ask how my kids are doing or how my week was, I enjoy that she doesn’t sound fake or robotic. This salon deserves 5 ***** to match the effort they put into making it an awesome experience. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to Home Spa for my birthday (January 8th) and treated myself to the lovely 60 minute stress fix massage with John. He was polite and professional and had a wonderful warm energy. He talked me through the process prior to the massage as well. It was a soothing experience overall and I highly recommend him!I went back to home spa for a Brazilian wax with Jade on January 13th. Let me tell you she is absolutely amazing! I hadn’t had a wax in a while so I was definitely a little anxious. She is so quick and thorough. The whole thing was a breeze and she’s so sweet! I was beyond impressed and will be seeing her again!!If you’re worried about waxing she makes it so quick and easy that the pain is over quickly! I went to Home Spa for my birthday (January 8th) and treated myself to the lovely 60 minute stress fix massage with John. He was polite and professional and had a wonderful warm energy. He is so knowledgeable, genuine, and made my curls flourish it was such a great experience and I will DEFINITELY be going back to get another Deva curl cut. Thank you so much Eric!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFirst of all, I was freaked out going anywhere without any product in my hair but had to for the Diva cut. When I got there tho, Eric told me my hair was beautiful!! I coulda died. I have longish curly hair and never get a great cut, ok cuts, but no great cuts. This was a great cut. Truly. The place was clean and adorable and comforting. Everyone was nice and Eric made me feel good about myself. I am so happy, sooo happy that I have finally found a place to help me with my curly mess! And, although they sell products, I didn’t feel somehow “less” for not buying any at the time. No hard sell, but great product advice and I probably will buy the products he suggested. He taught me some better ways to deal with my hair too. I highly recommend Eric and this salon. First of all, I was freaked out going anywhere without any product in my hair but had to for the Diva cut. When I got there tho, Eric told me my hair was beautiful!! I coulda died. I have longish curly hair and never get a great cut, ok cuts, but no great cuts. This was a great cut. Truly. The place was clean and adorable and comforting. He was blown away by how great John did! The massage was well worth the money and my husband left feeling relaxed. Professional experience, great prices, lovely facility and friendly staff.
