If I could give no stars, I would. I had an appointment for a full set at 6 PM and didn’t leave until 7:45 PM. My nail tech did two separate waxes in between my nails, refused to fix the shaping, left a hair I told her about in my nail and continued to cover it every time I mentioned it, but it was still visible. They could not pull off a simple French tip, all my nails are different sizes and shapes along with the paint. They refused to fix the paint and told me they were closed.

The nail techs were fun and personable. I’ve been to many nail shops, but this one I had the best experience. They made it fun and we laughed so much. Thanks for a great time. The pedicure was amazing too ❤️

Their was an old man sitting watching soccer on TV. He was eating food out of a bag and coughing it all over the place. I was sat next to him. He kept on coughing. I asked him to step away until he quit coughing and he tried to get in my face. He was drunk and smelled like whiskey and could not speak coherently or stand up straight. Then another lady came to work she sat behind the nail table across from him. She had brought a big bag of food in and they placed it I on nail table that had not been cleaned; the towel that the tech used to fix my nails was dirty so he shook it out. I should have left but 2 of my nails were in the quick so I stayed. It is not a clean place. NEVER GO BACK THERE. Rude too it’s not worth getting Covid or an infection just cause it’s close.

I had the worst experience ever! The mail tech that waited on me. Was trying to get me to go on a date with him!! He tried to tell me about his whole life in the time I was there!! I am not in the least bit interested at all! I tried to ignore him!! My mom was with me and was very upset with him when we left!!! We will never go back!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!! I’m not single!! He wouldn’t leave me alone!!!

The lady doing my nails cut my right hand ring finger with her little clippers. Of course my finger bled and bled even though she used several methods to stop the bleeding. The supervisor came over to help as well. When it was all done there was blood under my gel polish on that finger and several other nails looked sloppy as the French manicure didn’t cover the nail tip fully to the edges. When I asked how much I owed I believe I was told the full price which I paid to avoid causing a scene in front of the other customers. Needless to say I will not be going back nor recommending to anyone!

The people were friendly for the most part. However, the job done was sloppy at best. Both of us had our nails done by two different nail techs. They were simple fill-ins with gel coatings. 6 out of 10 of my nails aren’t completely covered (photo below – I have cuticle and hang nails and uncovered nails) The acrylic or the gel is not level in lots of places. The glitter is all in one hunk at the top of the nail on several of my nails (photo below – doesn’t show how unlevel and how it’s humped up on one side as well as in person). The nail tech who did my daughter’s nails cut too deep on 3 of her cuticles. Her nail painting looks like she did it herself and half of her nails are not entirely covered. We definitely left overpaying for what appears a low budget nail job. I would not visit this place again. I’ll just drive to Norman from now on and get them done correctly and for less.

These ladies are the absolute best. They’re always so friendly to me. They know I like the basic pedicure and get me right in. They always offer me a soda or water.
