Picture says it all….I asked for a natural looking French manicure like in the picture. (with tips to make my nails longer) The tech misunderstood when I asked for “tip” and thought I wanted “white tips”. After multiple times of mentioning I desired a NATURAL look with a French manicure…I walked out with chunky French-whatever this is. I shared I was not happy with my nails and am not willing to pay full cost for a poor manicure job. With tears in my eyes of feeling embarrassed that I’m going back and forth with this tech meanwhile other customers are present, she made it seem like it was my fault and that I asked for the wrong thing. I refrained from making comments while my nails were being worked on because I was simply trusting the process. On top of that, there was barely any prep to my nails, she didn’t do my cuticles at all, and just overall the job was poorly done.

Critical: QualityI got my nails done and the nail broke before I even got home. They redid my nail. The next morning I woke up with a broken nail. They redid that next nail. Then today my nail broke with no reason again. I’ve had my nails 3 days. 3. I have had a broken nail all three. They did a poor job or they wouldn’t be breaking for no reason. I’ve never had my nails break off like this and I’ve gotten them done for 6 years. They refuse to just redo my nails or refund me. I have to now go pay to get them redone somewhere else. Critical: QualityThey where really rough on my nails. At times I almost had to pull back because of pain around my nails. The person didn’t even look at my nails as she was doing some of it which was concerning. She wasn’t looking at anything important just into blank space. The color didn’t match the sample and I didn’t really like how it turned out.Service: Gel manicures
