Love this nail salon, since I started seeing them for my nails I have not ever had a problem with lifting or my acrylic overlay popping off. My nails pretty detailed so when I was initially seated the tech saw my design and was very honest and polite about the fact that the design was out of his abilities but he referred me to a tech a few stations down who specialized in my kinda design. I very much appreciate his honesty. They remodeled the inside is so sophisticated and elegant. The wait was only 5 minutes and it didn’t take long at all once I got in the chair and I’m thoroughly pleased!!

Went in today to have a full set and eyebrow wax and was most definitely satisfied, been going to Hollywood Nails since I moved to this side of town and they have not disappointed me. This is my favorite nail salon in odessa, I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. But this last year I’ve been given horrible service. I came in June 1 hr before they closed for both a pedi and a new set. They told me they could go ahead and do both services for me. I was waiting on a pedi when all of a sudden they told me they could only do my pedi and not my full set. After they told me they could do both services for me. Then I came again a day before thanksgiving and they told me they couldn’t get me in bc they were going to close early. But the way they told me was so rude. I’m currently sitting here waiting on my turn once again for a pedi. Been here for a whole hour now. I understand that they are very busy, but a client that got here after me in already being taken care of. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back to this place. I love their work, but they disappoint me every time. I wasted a whole hour and 30 min waiting for my turn for them to take yet ANOTHER client in before me.

Absolutely the best nail place I have been too in town so far. I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon! By far the most friendliest an respectful workers here! I do not feel weird I feel like it a family oriented place an they speak to you as they have known you forever! Did I mention how helpful they are? Very helpful. I love this place an as long as I’m in Odessa I will continue to come here! Can’t beat it!

Normally If I cannot give a high rating, I will just not give one at all.. However, I leave this rating today as a warning to anyone going here for a simple dip. I went to Hollywood Nails to get a dip on my real nails. As you can see from the pic of my nails done in a blue dip(done at a diff salon) they were getting very long-so I asked for them to be shortened a little bit and then the dip color to be changed. The technician working on my nails, was very polite, however he did not do the dip properly. As a result the strength of my nails were compromised, resulting in one of my nails breaking off. This is very frustrating, because these are my natural real nails. I do the dip-not only because the color lasts longer than a regular coat of polish-but also because it helps to strengthen the durability of my nails. So, I had no choice but to file and even out my nail(the break was not straight across nor even). I will not be going back, nor recommending them to anyone else! Again, the pic of my nails in gold dip(with the short middle finger nail) is done by Hollywood Nails, and the pic of my nails done in blue dip is done by a diff salon-which I NEVER should of strayed from…
