Be sure to get a written statement and/or layout of the pricing on color charges BEFORE having work done. Especially if your color requires more than one treatment. Also, if Gray/Silver is in your color preference, I advise that you go to a more experienced location. After my 3rd session, I was still not satisfied and my hair looked nothing close to my original request. Not only was the amount I was charged for the original treatment outstanding, the cost in “repairs” to their initial work was unnecessary. My color didn’t even last a month.

I used this salon for years, until now. Recently I decided to get my child’s hair cut for a wedding & for the first day of school; I was in a short time frame so I took my business elsewhere and I got HORRENDOUS comments on my personal Facebook page about how they felt disrespected since I didn’t go there.. but not only that, THE OWNER instantly responded saying “that’s a great clips cut” and told me to come see her if I needed anything fixed. First of all, my child is four, the comments bashing another company is highly unprofessional and the hair dresser at Great Clips did an amazing job. The owner then again said “you get what you pay for” ON MY CHILDS PHOTO. They’re unprofessional and rude. Also, right before I posted this I saw an Instagram post between the owner and her one hair dresser bashing Great Clips again calling it “Cost Cutters.” I will NOT be returning to this salon. If you want to deal with drama because you just so happen to visit another salon instead of them, be my guest.

Awesome small town hair shop. Crazy fun staff and willing to try anything you can come up with. I have seen an older woman get permed right next to a teenage kid who was getting a mohawk and dying it green and purple. Great prices and nothing is out your price range, talk to the girls and they will come up with a solutuion for you. Have to say no pressure to buy products and never have to wait to long but I guess I could try making appointments, they do those too. All and all I definitely recommend, heck I even sent my mother there.

And i’m very picky about my hair being touched since a lot of the high end salons screwed up my hair in the past. I always seem to come back to here. So this is where I will stay! Ashley is the best!

Very displeased with my haircut. I went in with long hair, one length, hair down to middle of my back, looking to add LONG layers. I even provided pictures. Nothing major. I walked out with a mullet. I had to go to another salon and have the mess she created completely cut off. Now I am left with a bob. Long hair with layers to a bob. How does that happen? I have had long hair my whole life and have never had something like this happen. The girl’s working are young, unprofessional, inexperienced, with less than basic haircuting techniques. Quite frankly, are just sloppy. I would not recommend this salon. Unless you want to look like Kelly Osborne circa 2001.
