Marilyn is so talented, not only she can transform anyone’s hair and make you look fabulous but she is also the nicest person. Going to her salon is an experience itself as the place is gorgeous, the decoration is outstanding, the atmosphere cozy and fun, all of it make it really a great place to pamper yourself. This is such an amazing and gorgeous salon! Marilyn is so talented, not only she can transform anyone’s hair and make you look fabulous but she is also the nicest person. Going to her salon is an experience itself as the place is gorgeous, the decoration is outstanding, the atmosphere cozy and fun, all of it make it really a great place to pamper yourself. Since Marilyn herself does not specialize in perms, she found another amazing stylist, Faith, to do my mom’s birthday services.Marilyn personally greeted my mother and her caregiver with a balloon and flowers and made sure that Mom’s experience was top notch!Because Salon on First is committed to keeping their staff and clients safe, my mom’s caregiver could not wait inside and got to enjoy a walk across the street at the landing with a beautiful view of San Diego bay and the gorgeous downtown cityscape. Marilyn was kind enough to take pictures of my mom before, during and after her services so that we did not miss out on enjoying the special experience with her!Faith did an excellent job both with Mom’s hair as well as making her feel comfortable. My mother has a tendency to be pretty quiet and a bit shy, but she opened up and really enjoyed her conversation with Faith.Mom was so happy with her hair and her experience and she that she said it was the best birthday present that she could ask for! Seeing my mother so happy and beautiful was priceless!Although I have not yet had the pleasure of enjoying a service from Faith myself, my experiences when I had services with Marilyn were phenomenal! Marilyn has magic hands and gives the best shampoo I have experienced anywhere in the world for any price! If you have not indulged in one of Marilyn’s shampoos, it is an absolute must to add to your self-care list!Thank you Marilyn and Faith for making Mom’s day!
