Not heavy an not tight neat efficient work less than 5 hours. braids up for 2 months so far and not one has fallen out. reasonable prices and I’m still getting compliments till this day!!. The ladies did an amazing job on my twists. They were professional and courteous. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. My hair wasn’t done so tight that I couldn’t style it like at most shops. I will definitely be using them again for my upcoming vacation.

Horrible customer service! I was kindly greeted by the one customer be served better than the only “professional” hair braider in the salon. No one else was there to greet me or at least acknowledge my prescence. She was on her phone for 2 mins before waving her finger at me to sit down. 1 min later she gets off ask me what I want. Rudely tells me she only braids and refers me to a closed salon next door. Don’t waste your time nor money here. Go next door to the barber shop and they’ll hook you up.

I got my hair done here and my braids started slipping out when I went on vacation only one week after I got my hair done. I paid 250!! Went back and they re-did them, one week later same thing happened and they told me I have to pay for a touch up and the owner has been out sick w. No phone number for me to reach them and speak about my refund. BS place never go here !!!
