If I could give this place no stars I would. Before I say why I’m writing this review I want to make it clear. I’ve been to this business at least a few times before I felt the need to write this review. I must say that the lady that did my nails this last time was super nice. The issue I have is, if I paid for service that should of lasted for at least two weeks, and I go back a week later with nails cracked and broken, you think as a business it ok to charge again full price for service you didn’t provide? As I previously stated not the first time, I didn’t complain the first time it happen, I chucked up to human error. What I’m really upset about it getting charged twice in least then 1 week for service that didn’t live up to its standard. I will not be returning to this business ever again! and I highly doubt they will remain in business much longer!!!

Really terrible experience. They kept trying to insist I get nail tips, which I didn’t want. They did a very sloppy job — there’s gel color all over my fingers which can lead you to develop an allergy. I told her I did not like the design several times and she did not offer to correct them, and then pressured me for a higher tip. They also made THREE of my friends nails bleed during a regular polish.

The worst experience I have had here yet. Unsanitary conditions for lash prep. If I weren’t so self conscious I would post a picture of the terrible lash Job I received. My pedicure smudged on my other toes and when I pointed it out, she touched up the polish and never bothered to use nail polish remover on my skin, and just left it. Then made sure to attempt to request a tip! I do not want to interfere with anyone’s money, so I’m not going to name drop, but I also feel as though I am doing a HUGE disservice to other paying clientele. Maybe this was just MY experience, but each time I go to this location for my lashes… I find myself more and more disappointed. I think this was it for me.

Nails great place to ho. Eyelashes stay away the glue is way too strong. I Don paying 8.00 to get them removed, but the “new glue” they have now is very hard to have removed a 1/2 hour later my eyes were blood red & burned like they were on fire, if they look like this tomorrow I will go to my optometrist! Once again nails, pedi, waxing just FINE Eyelashes STAY AWAY! Pay more & go to an Eyelash salon….. Staceymae.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years at different locations. Now that I found this place and I found Michele, I WILL NOT go any where else. She is amazing and takes her time with me. I even think I get better treatment than others. I love this place and recommend EVERYONE see Michele. You will not be disappointed.
