Used to be good service. But it’s not just this location – I have been to a few over the past 6 months and they have all gone down hill. Biggest complaint is online check in. You patiently wait for time to tick down to near zero. But, when you walk in, you suddenly have another 20 to 30 minutes of wait time. It wasn’t like this just a year or so ago – I had never waited more than 5 minutes after walking in. Unfortunate. I’ve been using Great Clips for quite a long time, but I’m afraid it’s time to switch.

I’ve gone to this salon for a long time because they’re close to my home. The white haired woman ruined my hair two years ago, but I let it go. I’ve since seen another woman there who has been very kind and helpful with styling tips and suggestions, so my review is not directed at her in any way. The younger woman who has a short bob with two blonde streaks in the front of her hair has NO IDEA how to cut hair. I asked to cut a couple inches off my hair and she did it so bad!!! I have a lot of hairs that are longer than the rest and it’s very choppy and not the same length in certain places. It looks like I asked a child to cut it. I can see potential with the other stylists but this woman seems to have no idea what she’s doing considering she can’t even cut a couple inches off correctly….

I’m giving 5 stars (because i cant give 17 stars!) because Aly was great! took my 3 boys there but she only got to cut 2 of them (ill get to that shortly). she was great interacting with them, the cuts look great, cleaned the kids down the best she could and she was very friendly! I would defiantly go back for her! Michele, on the other hand, acted like she didn’t want to be there. her cuts where subpar, hardly even tried to clean myself and my third son up and was borderline rude. when my son asked her for anything she quickly shut them down (she was going to cut my youngest but after she shut him down i had him get up and rethink his cut idea). if i was only reviewing Michele id say she owed me 5 stars.
