I have been going to this salon and working with Heather since I was 14. I’m now 21 and I refuse to go anywhere else. When I go to get crazy colourful hair and I have to be there for hours, it never matters because everyone who works there is such a joy to talk to. They always say that time flies when you’re having fun. Plus, I always get so many compliments on my hair. I know I’ll never be disappointed when I go to get my hair done.

I will acknowledge before finishing my comment that the Stylist was short staffed on the day of my appointment. However, We scheduled an 11am appointment and got there in time for this appointment. The stylist was a behind and didn’t get me in until 12pm. Ok dealt with this, got a color and style, should be out by 3pm. Nope, she decided to take another client while I was still sitting with dye in my hair. Another person had to come and wash the dye out of my hair and then I had to fully sit there until my stylist finished the other person’s head….mind you that other person had a 1pm appointment…..I finally walked out of there at 4:30pm…..I ended up late to my own dinner reservations….not happy with my experience…

I was so impressed by Mercedes Spencer!!! She did my daughters hair in 2 hours. Took it from tight coils to straight with a cut to make it healthy. She was professional and fast. Amazing at what she does, you won’t be disappointed.

Took my daughter here to get her hair colored and cut. The price was outrageous for what was performed. Color looked choppy and not much different than before but I did notice choppy coloring. I know sometimes it takes a bit to make a change but this didn’t look like it was done to par. Haircut

they were very nice people, they let us come in short notice. we were really appreciative. but after we left my friends hair was left oily the lady didn’t blow dry her hair fully and charged 100 in total for us both. charged her for a style and didn’t style it. i wish we could just get a refund.
