I drove 40 mins to get to Harmony LMT and was looking forward to my massage. A little elderly woman finally came and got me from the waiting room and took me to a private area, had me fill out all the paperwork and took my groupon certificate from me. I started to take off my shoes when she came in the room and said she had to cancel my appt. If she had to cancel that would have been fine with me. A phone call ahead of time would have sufficed. To my surprise she submitted the groupon certificate the next day so that she could receive payment for a massage I still haven’t received. I’m not a huge stickler and buy all my massage’s from Groupon and have visited many different locations and Harmony LMT was by far just the worst eperience yet.

This place is a joke.I scheduled an appointment for a living social deal when I first got the deal.. 3 months later was a soon as she could get me in.. I called a week or 2 before because i couldnt make it. I cant plan for something 3 months in advace and i told her that. she didnt answer.. she never does.. I left a voicemail. she didnt return the call.. i call today and said i missed the last scheduled appt. and i would have to pay s 22.50 fee for each massage. this is absurd.
