I always go there for haircut only no shampoo and overall had a good experience. But I had really bad experience this time with this person, don’t want to mention her name bcs she was nice to me but that’s not enough. I have long silky hair and it gets tangled easily. Felt like She was not gentle at all to my hair, also I had to tell her to use more water to wet them so it becomes easy for her to cut. I felt like some one was breaking my hair and not cutting. I love my hair and this is not a good service. I was not expecting this at all. They have to be very gentle with peoples hair. I am definitely not going with her again, and I definitely feel like it was wasting of money also I gave her tip just bcs she was trying to be nice with me

Terrible hair cut! My son did not want to go to school! I had my daughter take her brother to get his haircut and Debbie buzzed it all off Like he was going into the army! I called her up when my kids got home and was yelling like what in the world did u do to my son?? She lied and told me that my daughter told her to use #4 buzz cut and my son and daughter said no she told her to use scissors and #4 buzz to trim around neck and around ears. Will never go back again and didn’t like that she lied to me about my children on top of it and had a horrible attitude with me on the phone!

So expensive!!!!!! I got a wash, cut, and color with a few highlights. $250. I thought I’d die on the spot. Sorry but this is not RODEO DRIVE IN CALIFORNIA! I lived in Ça and went to clean, and beautiful places. Heck most salons even serve you wine while you are getting your hair done. I paid $150 max for all the above and my hair was below my shoulders. Just sayin….. Holiday Hair is trying to make all the money back they lost when they were closed. We’ll make it back but not by charging 10 times your normal price. I will NEVER GO BACK !

She showed me the color swatches and I said I was open to her suggestions, but I just didn’t want a brassy/orangy color. Well, when it was done, I had my reservations. When I got home and my hair was dry, it looked the color I precisely said I didn’t want. :(HOWEVER! I called the shop and Ashley was willing to make it right. Went back two days later and now the color is awesome! Very happy she was willing to work with me when I was disappointed in the initial results. She showed me the color swatches and I said I was open to her suggestions, but I just didn’t want a brassy/orangy color. Well, when it was done, I had my reservations. There are no discounts for Seniors and that is a problem for me. There is a difference in the way it is run and the hairdressers are still great but there is something lacking that was there before! I have gone to Holiday since their start up in the early 70’s but today the business is different. There are no discounts for Seniors and that is a problem for me. There is a difference in the way it is run and the hairdressers are still great but there is something lacking that was there before!
