I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say that’s the longest I’ve ever gone to any nail salon. I’m never disappointed with how my nails turn out and the staff is so friendly and always willing to try any design I want. Every single nail tech there is so talented and I’ve even had my mother, sister, niece, and many of my friends switch salons after they’ve seen how beautiful my nails always look! My designs are always done by Abby but I’ve gotten some classic and simple nails done by others and they come out beautifully! I just absolutely love it there!

This place is the best nail salon I have been too, I’ve been coming here consistently for maybe over a year and it’s always great experience. The environment is great and so are the people who work there. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. I LOVE this salon!

I keep trying to like it here but there is zero consistency. I ask for the same shape every time because a shape I wanted to try, apparently no one knew how to do.. so instead I opt for a sharp, defined, coffin nail.. every time. But I end up either with different lengths, blunt edges, entirely too thick, break while closing a car door, ask for matte and get gloss, a fill that cost the same as a new set. Yet I return and tip minimum 20$ each time in hopes I will be remembered and treated with a little extra consideration for what I want and what I will PAY for, however, each time I go back that care is not taken for the 95$ I spend each time. I will add, then when 8 of my 10 nails broke in two days, they redid them for free (still I tipped the tech that day despite getting gloss when requesting matte). Am I missing something? Am I a pushover or being taken advantage of? My most recent fill came with an appt to which I waited 35 min past it. Then felt as though they rushed because they were closing which adds to the fact I couldn’t correct my thick, misshapen nails. Just overall disappointing despite my efforts to give multiple chances.

Kind of disappointed. The gel manicure was $35 which is a little more pricey than the average in the area which I wouldn’t mind paying if the quality was there, but it isn’t. Notice the weird shaping of my middle finger nail, and the uneven lumpy/streaky consistency of the gel polish itself. If you’re priced higher than those in your area, the quality or service should be better than those in your area. However I feel like I could save some money and get a better gel manicure elsewhere.

Positive: ProfessionalismI went in for a dip manicure with my mom and I wanted dip French as well. The nail tech I had said he couldn’t do it and did gel instead. It chipped & I was overall disappointed since I was told it can be done. Long story short I went back to get it fixed and 2 nail techs (I don’t know their names!!) made sure to do the dip French and re did my nails without any issue, paying much attention to detail and did a great job! I am so happy with them. I’m a new mom so I told have time to come as often so I spread my manis out so I’m extra grateful to have a good one! It chipped & I was overall disappointed since I was told it can be done. Fantastic nail salon. Prices were good and the techs who cared for me did a great job. Abby did my powder dip and her neck and upper back massage was a bonus that I did not expect. The young lady who took care of my pedicure was so gentle and made it a great experience. Oit was bright and really clean and sanitary. If I lived in the area I would definitely make this shop my go to salon.

Pricey. Good service though until she asked for a better tip. Nail tips for my nails need to reach the edge though (bummer). Powder was bumpy, edges cut off (see pictures). Also, don’t ask for a tip. Tips are earned for good work. If we keep it to ourselves that your work on my nails was not good (is because we don’t want to hurt your feelings), then learn to be better.

this place was the worst i have never experienced such bad service i love writing good reviews but this has nothing good to say. i went there for acrylic and the girl who was doing my service named two types one was 80 plus the 10 for my the other option was for the powder dip which was 60, i easily picked the dip WHICH HAD DESTROYED my nails. and is it just me or dose anyone else plan to always get their eyebrows waxed the same day too welp they didn’t do that so i had to find a place . enough about my service my poor mother had a bad week and was looking forward to her gel mani the guy who did her nails made fun of her for the shortness of her nails and that she still wanted to clip them down a little he laughed at my mom hands down the worst place ever !

I just went for the first time and had the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. I get my nails done about every 3 weeks with dip powder and decided to try this place. Mistake. I should’ve known when it took over 30 minutes for the woman doing my nails to get my powder for that this was going to be a journey. What typically takes one hour took over 2. The woman doing my nails was extremely slow and messed up multiple time so she would have to then have to take the powder off certain nails and restart throughout the process. Honestly the worst part was that there were around 5 employees (including the manager) sitting together at the end of the tables eating like candy and goofing around when the woman doing my nails clearly needed help. Also you think they would have noticed that I was there for an unusually long time since people literally came in after me and got a mani pedi and left before me. I think I even started crying at one point out of frustration. Worst $50 I’ve ever spent and 2 hours of my life I won’t get back.
