Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI tried this place about 7 months ago and did not have a good experience. However, yesterday I really needed a pedicure w/gel and my regular salon was booked so I tried them again. Awful experience. When I walk in (I am the only customer at the counter) there are staff members also at the front counter, yet it took several minutes for them to stop talking to each other to acknowledge me and say they would be right with me. When they do help me, I request a pedi w/gel ($45) and I am taken back to a chair. The tech I get speaks no English. He hands me a menu that has options of green tea, honey or lavender (no pricing) and gestures aggressively for me to pick one. Okay fine, I pick honey. Then he proceeds to give me a pedicure. To his credit I can tell he wanted to do well, but he clearly had no idea what he was doing. He kept looking at me wanting non-verbal validation, which means I am busy trying to communicate with him verses enjoying my time. The service was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. I was glad when it was over. So then I head up front to pay and there is another client at the counter who is furious because she had been up-charged extra $30 for the service she just had, without being told. Once that is over I go up to the counter to pay and they want $75! Apparently when I choose a scent front the menu the price went from $45 to $75. For a sub par service. I object but they are not budging on the price. I have to get really upset and speak with the owner. Eventually I am charged $45 and told next time they will not honor the lower price. So I leave the salon completely stressed out from this bait & switch price situation and frustrated from having a terrible pedicure. I tried this place about 7 months ago and did not have a good experience. However, yesterday I really needed a pedicure w/gel and my regular salon was booked so I tried them again. Awful experience. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were very professional with their greeting me and the place sparkles with cleanliness. They line the spa tub and are careful with everything. The variety of quality polish colors is great. My pedicure lasted longer than most.I also had my brows waxed and again it was perfect. ( by Lisa) very clean and professional, Covid friendly. they also took care of me with a same day appointment on Christmas eve HOW AWESOME!! The young ladies at the front had great customer service which is very important.Service: Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismCame here for a relaxing lunch break treat and left disappointed. Basically the nail technician spoke on her phone in Vietnamese the entire time I was here. She never said hello only taps on the feet to switch legs in and out of the water while she chatted away.. as high as the prices were here I expected more.
