I looked to get in for a massage last minute because I was in so much pain that I wasn’t sleeping, hurt to touch, etc. I became desperate to find relief. The places I saw on Google were all booked a month out. I narrowed my Google search and found Hilliard Massage! I called and Veronica got me in within 2 days. I went today 4/9/22, nervous because I hurt to touch and was about to get a deep tissue massage… oh my lanta, Veronica provided a miracle in 90 minutes!! She gracefully worked out so many knots, tight muscles, gave me back movement, all of it. I was emotional from relief when I got to my car.

The massage was fine but it was disappointing to walk into the spa and see none of the employees wearing masks. My therapist did not wear one either. We have had record high cases of COVID but no one – from the receptionist to the hair stylists to my massage therapist wore a mask. I won’t be coming back since the safety of guests seem to be the last priority.

I have seen both therapists and both were great! I enjoy the family owned business feel not having to feel rushed in and rushed out. The therapists were professional, yet personal which is hard to find. Both therapists, Lisa and Veronica did a really great job with my back and shoulders which is where I’ve had the most pain from rebuilding muscles after an injury four years ago.

I have been going to Hilliard Massage for a number of years. Lisa is AWESOME! I have had issues with headaches and she even helped me after a shoulder surgery. The shop is very clean, relaxing and atmosphere is calming. I highly recommend it to anyone. Try the massage chairs too they are fabulous as well.

When I first walked in I thought I was in the wrong place because no one was at the desk. My appointment time ran over which was probably bothersome to the next client especially if they came in and there wasn’t anyone at the desk to let them know. Aside from that, this was one of the BEST massages I have ever had. Lisa focused on areas I requested and was very thorough. I will definitely return when I’m in the area.

Disorganized! Waited in the lobby 15 minutes without being greeted. Then at 11:02 the masseuse came out and told me I didn’t have an appointment that she was working on the other customer. Then told her I booked it on the MindBody app. Her reply was oh I haven’t checked that! I drove an hour to get there! Bad experience!
