Always have an amazing experience when I get mt nails done here. The physical salon reminds me of a spa and is very spacious and relaxing. 100/10. I’m live in Florida now and came in because my nail chipped while here visiting and they got to me so fast and were amazing. They didn’t have the same color but they gave me an accent nail on my other hand as well to match. I grew up here and definitely one of the better places in the area. The inside is gorgeous and looks just like a spa. I will definitely be recommending them to my family/friends that still live here

Hands down the most amazing nail salon ever! Not only is it beautiful inside but so are all the employees and the owners! So beyond attentive and kind and talented at everything they do! I have never been disappointed once and have made this my permanent place, I will never go anywhere else! The quality of this nail salon has decreased over the time I have been coming here. I made an appointment a week in advance to get my nails done and when I show up for my appointment they are overbooked and didn’t have a technician for me. So as I am waiting, a man who works the front counter states he is going to “start my nails.” Well as it turns out, he did my whole job and he did a terrible job. The whole time he was busy doing other things and rushing my nail appointment. He would constantly leave the desk to help other people. He misshaped all 10 of my nails and on top of that he continuously made comments about how the nail shape I picked was “wrong and needed to be longer.” Maybe it wouldn’t have been an issue if he could actually do nails. His paint job was even worse, my nails are streaky/patchy. Now I have ski jump nails (see picture below). So now I paid $50 to have bad nails for the next two weeks, unless I pay to get them removed and put on somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I came here for special occasion nails. Our appointment started over 15 minutes late. The color I chose for the dip appeared to be a light blush color on the selection ring, but as you can see on my index finger, it came out more of a peach. The peach did not cover the edge of my nail, so it looked incredibly dirty. When I showed this while going to pay, they were incredibly helpful and let me redo my nails. We chose a white gel to go over the dip. Filing the nail down hurt, but the end result came out nice. 3 days later, the white gel layer popped off. I didn’t hit my nail or pick at it, the gel layer just came off while I was writing an email.

I have been going to this place for almost 6 months. My nails have been great! This last time I went a week and a half back. I wanted a French with black tips. They did the black tips with no chip nail paint! Generally the tips are always done with a dip powder! And offcourse it chipped and caught color! This has never happened before. I have even got a white dip in the past and it has never caught the colors and stayed for 3 weeks straight! Very disappointed!
