I scheduled a massage for neuromuscular therapy (trigger point) for my neck and shoulder pain. They rescheduled my appointment (because the practitioner got covid) for a couple days later and the therapist they put me with wanted to do energy healing and gave me a nice, gentle massage that was relaxing but didn’t really help with my neck and shoulder issues. I asked for a discount and they charged me $80 instead of $95. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with their customer service.

Mary on the phone was friendly, professional and very helpful. My therapist was a long the same vein. She was very insightful, intuitive, and had strong hands for the deep tissue work I had asked for. Loved it! And I had a lot of pain due to a sciatica issue, which she worked on and I had finally a moment of pain relief. First time in a very long time. After reading all the great reviews I booked a massage for my friend (who was visiting from out of state) and I. Mary on the phone was friendly, professional and very helpful. My therapist was a long the same vein. She was very insightful, intuitive, and had strong hands for the deep tissue work I had asked for. Loved it! They were very professional and taking great care to prevent the spread of COVID. I got a massage from Catherine and it was extremely relaxing. I could tell that she had a lot of knowledge/experience and was really paying attention to my body so she could tailor the massage to net. I would definitely recommend. (The fact that they have parking is helpful too!)
