I’ve been coming to Hide Away Salon & Spa for a few years for couples massages and to get my hair done. My hairstylist is Esther Mendoza, she is very professional and does an amazing job with color, highlights, cut and style. You can rest assured that Esther cares, listens to what you want and does an amazing job! Also, the staff is very welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in the door. These things are so important to me and is the reasons why I’m a continued customer.

Hide Away Spa has been my go-to business for massage and exfoliate procedures for 4 years. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and tip very well because I believe in supporting our small businesses. A week ago I purchased a product that was so gooey on my skin I was unable to use it. Upon returning it today, I was told they do not accept open merchandise. It was a $35 purchase and had they told me this at purchase or offered a sample, I would not be upset. To sell something that gooey w/o showing what you’re purchasing and then refuse returns is not a good business practice. There are many options for spas in our area and Hide Away just lost my business, which is unfortunate for them over $35.

I had botox here that never worked fully and wore off in 4 weeks. I have had Botox dozens of times at other salons/spas. I should have walked out after seeing the poor technique. A huge waste of money.
