I am absolutely amazed by the talent of the women who work here. I had the pleasure of working with Genesis and she is an amazing hair stylist and more than anything an amazing person. There wasn’t a second I was at the salon where I didn’t feel confident. Genesis was so reassuring and loving and she would always explain everything to me before she started working on my hair. Overall, great atmosphere, great people, and great work done!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueUnfair business practices, very poor customer treatment. During booking of appointment, I specifically asked about the salon giving reminders as they were holding amount on card. I went ahead only after getting reassurance about reminder. The salon did not send me a reminder, I called them the day before the appointment telling them I was unwell and did not want to expose myself or anyone else from the salon further during pandemic and wanted to cancel the appointment and get slot another day. The salon went ahead and charged my card without offering me alternate slots. Very Poor experienceNote : I literally informed the salon that I was not feeling well and wanted another slot 22 hours in advance because that was when I was feeling unwell! The lady I spoke to got back to me after two follow ups and literally informed me 40 mins before my slot that they will deduct 50 dollars and not provide me with any alternative. The only reason I wanted another slot was I wanted to utilize my hard money or give it to my favorite charity. If anyone was disrespected here, it was the customer.Unfair business practices, very poor customer treatment.
