Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my hair colored showed Amy Phillips the picture of how I wanted my hair and she said she could do it never told me it would take more sessions to achieve the color !!after removing the foil I knew the color was messed up when the lower half was white blonde and the top part of my hair was yellow and orange not to mention I ran my fingers thru my hair and pieces were breaking off i should have spoke up then and pointed this out but she knew it was not right and she had damaged it I went home thinking maybe it was the light after re washing it and straightening my hair it was so bad !! I texted her to see if she could fix it that I didn’t know what to do all but to put brown back in where it was not done right she said she would for 60 more dollars after I just paid $90 dollars to have it done . So I said I’m not paying you again so I was told that she wouldn’t fix the problem and would not refund my money .next day I went to a professional hair stylist and she confirmed my hair was melted off and that she needed to repair it or refund my money for the bad work she had done .i would not recommend her for she will not stand by her work or will not fix the problem without you paying more money . No I have not made multiple accounts you can ask google to Verify this I have Not spoken to the owner of Hello Gorgeous My review has nothing to do with the shop or owner this review is for the stylist whom did the service Amy Phillips who works at Hello Gorgeous . Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for ombre/balayage hair and I come out with pink orange and yellow hair i was told that I would have to come back for two more sessions and that it must have been from the box hair dye I used before but i repeatedly told her I didnt used box dye on my head.
