Hello everyone I never really say anything but this time I have to because it’s so bad and I paid so much for it and I went on the 7th of dec and as of today 17 dec I have none they lifted just gel first and then the nail . The of pix was what I asked the tech if she can do for me and I would paid for that work she said yes I can I said okay and my end result are the red ones I just wanted to color change. no I have to pay more money for a new set

i’ve been to this place twice and scheduled appointments for a time. The first time i went it took an hour for them to take me :(. The first time was the halloween set i rlly liked the work a little messy on the corners just i really loved the set overall though. The 2nd time i went which was recently in june i got the pink heart set and they took us in pretty fast, but from the start he was being pretty rough and kept drilling over abs over and finally when i thought we finished with the drilling he put more acrylic abs started drilling again the overall cost was 73 not bad put it was very messy later that day there was gunk all around my nails abs just didn’t satisfy me:(. Though the blue nails were my cousins i forgot the name of the lady who does them but i really likes the blue ones not messy and my cousin was overall in love with them :).

Mixed feelings as they have amazing pedicures and never had a problem with my acrylics until a month ago. We walked in two hours before close and they took me right away and said that thwy would take my friend right after me. (They could have sooner since one girl was sitting on her phone) but with an hour and a half left of their day they told her she needed to come back and it was “too late” to complete a 40 min service. Decided to go back a few weeks later to get a Fill and had a nail pop off less than a day later in my sleep, poor job

On here it says they close at 8pm and I came in at 7:15 in a good mannered way asking for a pedicure and they denied it. They said it was to late already in a rude way. Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy nails were all different sizes. I noticed the uneven nails when I was paying. I let the tech know. And she told the technician to fix them. Two other techs were standing next to her side by side watching her the whole time, they were speaking in Vietnamese and laughing. Felt it was very rude and unprofessional to do that because of course my first thought was they were talking about nails. I won’t be going back. My nails were all different sizes. I noticed the uneven nails when I was paying. I let the tech know. And she told the technician to fix them. Two other techs were standing next to her side by side watching her the whole time, they were speaking in Vietnamese and laughing. I’ve read all the other reviews and I’m stunned because I had been getting my nails, toes and lashes done here for over 2 years and have always had excellent service and the quality of their work has been just as good. Helen does a great job on my SNS fills. She is quick, professional and meticulous. Tracy is so kind and friendly and has the best rate for lash extensions that I have found. (And believe me, I have shopped around) You will love her work. I have patronized many, many other nail salons from being a Corona resident for over 20 years and I’ve made True Touch my home.

Gave this place a second try yesterday after having bad quality work over 5 years ago & I’m so sorry that I did! The first time I was there they were located across the way from where they are now & although the place is a lot nicer inside the quality of the work was unacceptable & left much to be desired . Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name who did my full set of nails, but she seemed to be the one running the show there. I chose to get the trending “almond” shaped nails, but the shaping & symmetry between the two hands was way off & right after she asked me to wash my hands (when she felt she was finished) I had to request she file some more on the sides of my nails where the acrylic joined with my nail bed because the acrylic was well over my cuticle/skin. I even had to request she file under the nail tips to remove the clumping of the dry acrylic. In the end, I went home re-filed & re-shaped all my nails salvaging them rather then taking them off which I really wanted to do!

I was Sooo disappointed. She actually cut my toe next to the toe she was cutting the nail on and as it bled she took clear polish and painted over the cut on my skin so it would stop bleeding. I should have walked out then but I didn’t. My nails are uneven she only filed 6 out of 10 of them some are rounded and some are straight, and the five minute massage was more like two minutes. I have never had such a bad outcome. I get pedicures every 3 weeks and always tip. This was so bad that when she asked me for a tip i actully laughed out loud. I thought I would try this place out. So sad that I did.
