I took my mother here for her birthday and let me tell you it was our first time getting a massage and a facial. We were so excited to come here, the service was amazing and our first time experience was also amazing. This will be our new to go always, the ladies Rachel, Nola, Tasha, Juanita they were amazing, amazing, amazing. We highly recommend these ladies to take care of you, the place is very clean, smells amazing and the products they used were awesome. I have received services at Heaven Spa for many years. They started putting the cost of services on hold in customers’ bank accounts more recently. I have an appointment in two weeks and I have a $300 on hold for that appointment. I do not prefer to have holds on my account for appointments that are two weeks away. I have shown to pay for my services in full and have tipped very well in the past. For the appointment I had about two months ago I asked for funds to not be put on hold in my bank account and they agreed to not do so and I was still able to have my appointment scheduled. Now they say they have to cancel my appointment if I don’t have funds put on hold. I would have continued to be a regular customer indefinitely and they just lost a customer. They choose to argue with me about their policies discrediting my history with the company. The workers are amazing and do great work but dealing with the management could be a hassle that you do not need when you are trying to take care of yourself by scheduling spa services. If you don’t mind the headache, the facials and spa services are great.

My first impression was a great one. Tina has a wonderful vibe, loves what she does and knows exactly what she’s doing! My scrub and mud wrap was amazingly on point not to mention super relaxing . 90 minutes later Nona did my facial and my skin feels like silk and has a beautiful glow. I’ll be seeing these ladies in 4 weeks just in time for a special event. Thank you Heaven Spa for a great first experience!!!

Critical: QualityTwo of my friends and I went to the spa this weekend and each got the heaven spa package, which was supposed to include a 30 minute massage, a 30 minute facial, and a manicure.We didn’t have the same people for each thing but all of us experienced a similar poor quality for each service. For all of us, the facial and massage each did not last more than 23 minutes. Whoever did my friend’s facial did some weird and painful extractions that ended up marking up her face. My masseuse had cold hands, and she didn’t warm them up before touching me. My facial felt really rushed.The manicures we received were terrible. Mine chipped that same evening, and when she was removing my cuticle she scratched my nails.
