30 minute foot massage was going well until 2 big men walked in and the workers started talking loud AND in their language to each other. It was SOOOO rude. It was obvious they were talking about the black and white men that walked in. Also all of their talking was disruptive to our relaxing foot massage. The employee was rubbing my feet ok until he started talking smack with the other worker, who by the way, was massaging someone else. Back and forth chatter (not whispering). This place is fine for a quick massage. The price is great. However, the employees need to do their talking in the break room. Getting a massage is supposed to be relaxing. I didn’t leave there satisfied. Hopefully the owner reads this.

We go often and based on the time of day and other things it seems the massage quality can be hit or miss. That said it’s still a decent service for the cost overall. Today was different and we where very disappointed. My wife was shorted 10 full min. In her massage and I came up about 5 min short. ( Sat afternoon) she usually is done first , pays for both and tips 15% for a mall massage…..seems about right. After being shorted time and receiving a below avg. Foot rub she reduced that amount and only tipped for mine. The masseuse who didn’t speak English didn’t understand the tip was for my service and screamed tip tip tip at me and walked off angry. This Infront of a full room. Not acceptable!

I’m from Pittsburgh and since a week prior to vacation I had this knot in the middle of my back and what felt to be tight guitar like strings running down my neck.. 3 days into vacation and I couldn’t take it anymore. Got the hour “whoop ya back back into correction,” massage, and thank my husband for watching the kids because 5 stars is an understatement, I tipped $30 alone for saving my vacation, ontop of regular rate. Highly recommended

My massage was nice. But I was basically forced to leave a tip. I paid with a credit card and didn’t leave a tip on there so the guy who did my massage kept pointing to the tip line even though I had left it blank. I had planned on leaving a tip in cash after I saw the tip jar on the counselor. Well since I didn’t leave the tip on my card, he lifted the jar up and pushed it basically in my face and pointed at it and said tip tip tip. He couldn’t speak any English but he knew how to say tip. That turned the whole experience bad. And that’s why it git 1 star from me.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy feet were killing me. I was suffering from a bone spur. Went to mall to buy new shoes and came upon this place. Ling gave me an incredible foot massage. Then I got the chair body massage, also incredible. This woman was very strong , she did an amazing job. I plan on going weekly cuz the prices are also very reasonable. Great place.

Great shoulder and neck massage! Best $30 I’ve spent in a long time! These people always do a great job! Plenty of staff on to take care of you right away. Had to wait 2 minutes to get a massage. If your schedule is busy this place is the best for a quick massage when in need.

Critical: QualityThis was not a good experience. We had four of us go in and get full body massages and we all came out in pain. I told the guy 3 times i did not want a deep tissue massage because it was very painful, and he continued. The hot rocks were ridiculously hot. It was awful and I was in pain at least 55/60 minutes.
