Tina did good on my nails. Currently trying to grow them out so I got dip. I recommend. Best nail salon I’ve found since I moved here. There’s parking, the shop is clean, & they’re polite with good service. You can book online or over the phone. I’m very satisfied & will come back.

First time going here the other day and it was a really good experience! My technicians name was Hannah and she was friendly and also took her time to rub my legs and feet during the basic pedicure. My heels felt softer even the next day too. I have harder heels from being in flip flops but I could tell the dead skin came off well. I also did not know about the complimentary drinks and that made me so happy . [Get the ginger hot tea]! Also the massage chairs were nice and they have an ATM in salon but can also tip on card.

I needed my Acrylics filled and also a pedicure. Clean and relaxing environment. Everyone is pleasant with great customer service. Filled with light piano music, the sound of trickling fountains. Tracy was amazing! She asked if I wanted anything to drink, I asked if they had tea, she offered a selection and I chose green tea. She brought me a cup of hot green tea with a bit of honey and real ginger mixed in and it was subtle, but sweet and delightful! Tracy had an incredibly gentle touch. I’m ticklish, and also someone with social anxiety who usually tolerates pain in silence rather than speak up and say something. With her delicate touch, I didn’t have any problems, not at all, but she was sure to check in with me frequently. Not to mention the acrylics were originally done while I was on vacation, and she did a wonderful job matching color and everything. I’ll definitely become a regular.

Don’t waste your time on the dip because my nail person shaved my nail the tip and then the dip to paper thin and all my nails cracked within the first week and some the tip broke clean off. I’m so mad and yes I went back and the guy fixed one nail and when I went home more broke. I don’t like that I paid alot and the service was not done well.

Tracy is my nail technician, and I am so satisfied with the love she’s shown me for the year that I have been coming to her. I say the service you receive from anyone here, you definitely get your monies worth. They take their time and concentrate on you as a customer. Not the money that they can make rushing you out the door. The owner is tough, but he is really a marshmallow. He shows respect to the technician, which is very important to me as a client.

Best SNS (dip) in town. I’ve never had better service at a nail salon. Nails always look great and they have an expansive (and organized) color selection. This is my regular place and everyone is super professional. Great pedicures, too, with a variety of add on selections. If your nail breaks they’ll fix it for you’ll, too. After trying a many other salons in Alexandria and having terrible experiences I’m happy to find “my place”.

Hannah did my pedicure. She was thorough, gentle with this senior citizen. When she finished, she offered her arm to help me out of the chair and walk to the ‘drying ‘ area. Was my first time there and will definitely go back and make an appointment with Hannah. The visit was a very calming, pleasant experience!

My technician was Nicole. She was the BEST . One of the reasons going to a salon is to be pampered and I received just that; TOTAL PAMPERING. I’m a senior citizen, she treated me grandma family.
