Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWas told one price and charged another on card. Massage was extremely painful and felt as I paid to be assaulted. The masseuse were speaking back and forth and giggling with one another during massage. Afterwards we were asked about ripping and then we’re told that the amount wasn’t enough. Never again!!!Edited to add: The next morning my neck and back was in excruciating pain despite taking pain meds the night prior. Was told one price and charged another on card. Massage was extremely painful and felt as I paid to be assaulted. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI did not have a pleasurable experience and this was my first massage. The massage was not soothing. My friend and I was placed in the same room not being asked if we wanted to be and the masseuse were laughing and talking which didn’t not seem professional. I was told to pay before the service was rendered then was asked to give a tip afterwards. I did not have a pleasurable experience and this was my first massage. The massage was not soothing. My friend and I was placed in the same room not being asked if we wanted to be and the masseuse were laughing and talking which didn’t not seem professional. I was told to pay before the service was rendered then was asked to give a tip afterwards. I am now totally pain free after weekly appointments. I wrote a review a while back but I had to follow up with appreciation. Update: July 20, 2021- I had the best massage today! It’s been months since I’ve been able to get back to HMS, but as always, they were professional and I walked out pain free. I can’t say enough good things about the Healthy Massage Shop, and the licensed massage therapists there. I am now totally pain free after weekly appointments. I wrote a review a while back but I had to follow up with appreciation. Update: July 20, 2021- I had the best massage today!
