Excellent experience at Healthy Foot Massage in Olympia. Booking was easy and prompt, the place was very clean and the treatment was just that – a treat! I enjoyed a 60 minute foot massage from them yesterday! It was amazing! It’s a very calm, dimly lit and relaxing environment. The employees are all kind and welcoming. Me and my friend were worked on immediately upon arrival. No appointment needed. For the full hour they nearly massaged my entire body! And they did a deep tissue massage on me, it felt absolutely amazing. The price for the massage was $35. The only thing i would have changed is being able to choose what kind of massage I wanted going in (soft or hard) and a little more clear instruction with what I need to be doing in order to help them (like now it’s time to turn over, etc.) Other than that it was well worth the $35 and I will go again!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismNot trying to be rude but idk what just happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. We show up for our appt at 4 (60min full body) and get put into a room and don’t get seen for at least 10 minutes. My lady left me in there for another 5 before we got started and then I was done at 450. So basically I got 20 minutes less than intended and my man wasn’t done until 520 & started way after me. I’m so confused and I don’t feel an ounce better because it was so rushed. And when I said something to the front desk lady, who apparently did my mans massage, she was SO offended. Could not be wrong. Very rude, shaking her head at me for speaking up. Well, im not going to be jipped like that and I certainly am no Karen, I just work really hard and I have a baby at home to get back to. Don’t say you have an appt ready for someone and the staff for it unless you have it!! And efficiency is key when running a business, so I’m unsure how you are still running. My first experience here a few months ago was worthy of 3 maybe 4 stars, but now I’m so disappointed.Not trying to be rude but idk what just happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. The best place! You can almost always get in for same day, they have 4 chairs so you can all go at once and as for the foot massage: its clothes on but they massage feet, calves, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, ears, back and oh ya and mostly your feet(!) for a ridiculously low price!! And they regular full body clothes off massages too

I was very disappointed with my service this afternoon. I asked for a 1 hour aromatherapy massage and 30 minute regular foot massage. According to their reader board it was going to cost $50 for the body massage because it was in a room and $10 for the foot massage which was not in a private room. That was great because all I had was $75 that I got as a gift and I usually give a $10-$15 tip. The foot massage was great, I had no complaints except when it came time to pay they charged me $20 and because of the language barrier they couldn’t explain why I was charged that amount so I had no choice but to pay it. The Aromatherapy body massage felt okay and the bed was heated which was nice but there was no Aromatherapy oil used, just unscented lotion that was cold and sticky, not even warmed up by hand before slathering it on. To top it all off, when I went to pay I was told I had to give a 20% tip but because they charged me double for the foot massag I could only give a 10% tip and the lady literally told me it wasn’t good enough and tried to make me pay more! There was no sign saying a 20% tip was required. If it weren’t for the fact the facility was clean, warm and had a relaxing ambiance I would have given them 1 star. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be back. If you decide to give them a try make sure to ask what they’re charging you for before you get the massage and bring cash, they charge $1 for all credit card transactions!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy wife and I really enjoyed the massage session. My wife had a 60mins body massage and I had a 60 mins combo massage. Thier techniques were great long and slow strokes which helped us relaxe. The communication was great they all speak English well. Will be coming back for more massage therapy
