I usually go to Grand Rapids for all of my spa needs but I got my first facial at Healthy Balance Bodyworks last week with Deanna and it was absolutely wonderful. Deanna made sure that my experience was very relaxing and she was both very sweet and professional. A few days later I even received a handwritten note in the mail from her, talk about excellent customer service! I will definitely be going back.

I went for a Brazilian wax and a 75 minute facial. Both services were high-end spa quality. Deanna is highly skilled and very professional, but also down to earth. I’m thrilled to have found a place for quality spa services without having to drive to Grand Rapids. I will keep going to Healthy Balance Bodyworks.

Very nice place for a massage. Fair prices and very clean and comfortable. Tresa was amazing and I would definitely book her again for neck and shoulder massage. The only thing I missed is that the location is behind the building, not in front where the main sign is.
