I have been using serenity health spa for a year and love it. Joyce and Dr. Rah are excellent. I have used other facilities but have never got the same results. There are no bruising after receiving the Botox and the result is amazing. Joyce knows the facial structures better than a plastic surgeon ! Highly recommend it .

Serenity is a great way to describe the spa. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the decor is very inviting and relaxing. Dr. Rah is very professional and I would describe the spa as upscale with reasonable prices. I have visited several times and will be back for another visit soon.

They have poor customer service and are very unreliable. Two out of the three appointments I had with them were canceled the day of my appointment (appointments that were scheduled a month ahead of time). Will not return. When the services were provided the aestheticians did a good job (with microderm) but I would assume most people’s lives are too busy for the last minute appointment cancellations they make on you.

Great deal and experience. I had a diamond peel facial and felt great when I left and even better the day after. I didn’t think I’d be impressed but the feeling of seeing your skin re-energized and youthful is too good to pass up. I may have to do this again.
