Critical: CommunicationAfter going to this place for 7+ yrs we called yesterday evening around 5:30. Asked if we(3 of us) could come for massage yes open until 7. Got there took one of us. Never said a word for 30mins while with other customers and then we asked will we get our turn. They said no close at 7. That was so rude and ignorant to treat loyal good tipping customers.
