Ordered heat wraps on 3/16/2013, in their shipping information they state that it can take up to 2 weeks for items to reach their destination, it is now 4/1/2013 and I have received NOTHING! I cancelled my order after repeated phone calls and excuse after excuse of why my items were not shipped out. First they made a mistake with printing up a shipping label and not actually shipping my items out, then they didn’t have the color/pattern that I ordered, then “Steve” gave me a new USPS tracking label and I was told it shipped out 3/27/2013 and was guaranteed that I would receive my package by Saturday 3/30/2013. Today 4/1/2013 I still haven’t received anything, I called this morning and spoke with “John” and after giving him my order number and asking what was going on with my order… he proceeded to tell me that they’ve been in the middle of moving for the past 2 weeks AND thats probably why I’m having these issues… WELL I’VE HAD ABOUT ENOUGH OF THIS! I cancelled my order and will NEVER order from this website again! STAY AWAY!!

After placing an order and being told my order was shipped I did not get anything for the next two weeks. I called the phone number listed and was told they would email me a response. After another week passed I emailed them (twice) again no response. I started a resolution remedy with paypal (which i used to pay for my order) so far they haven’t answered that either……….NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY…….***************DO NOT BUY FROM THEM**************
