Called and scheduled a 90 minute massage. Arrived 5 minutes early but nobody came out to greet me. Eventually rung the doorbell again which resulted in some attention. The woman asked if I wanted 30 minutes or 40 minutes. I told her I scheduled for 90 minutes. This upset her a bit and she decided the charge would be more than their posted price. She wanted payment up front. Again she was irritated because I didn’t bring cash. All this should have cued me in that things were not right. She showed me to my room and left. I began to undress and she burst in before I had a chance to finish. She left but came back again as I was beginning to settle onto the table, which had a only a bottom sheet and a small towel. She massaged my back twice in an effort to fill the time. The front part of the massage was legs only. After 75 minutes, including the time negotiating the payment, she said I was done and left. I started to dress and was not done before she came in again and reset the room. After I finished dressing, she demanded, “Where’s my tip?” I again explained I had no cash, which again irritated her. We went out front where the credit card reader was and she swiped my card then asked how much to put in for the tip. I offered 25% at which she blew up and demanded 40% because gave me 90 minutes. She then told me, “You no come back!” No argument there. Obviously I was in the wrong place if I expected a legitimate, professional massage.

This place is just the best. Each time I go, the therapists are kind, enthusiastic to see me, and are quick to address my issues. I have been here at least a dozen times, and while I always arrive as a walk in customer, I have *NEVER* waited in the waiting area. I get in immediately. Try getting that kind of service at your local big name massage joint. They are classy, clean, and worth every penny. I highly recommend them. You will not find better service anywhere else.
