First time I got a cut here was great. Second time, I got my eyebrows trimmed without my permission. Third time, I have fairly long hair about 5-7 inches long decided to get a small trim of about an inch, but the barber decided to go cut a large portion off the center of the front of my hair and leaves it completely uneven and ruined my hair that I been growing for over a year now, forcing me to shave it all and completely devastated. I don’t want to say this establishment has all bad barbers, but there are atleast 2 bad barbers who do not know what they are doing or listen to the customer when it comes to something personal, such as our hair.

Not too sure if this place is open or not on Sundays because on google it says it is but on Yelp it says it isn’t. Anyways, my boyfriend has tried getting his hair cut twice on Sundays because that’s the only time he’s not working. The first time they told him they aren’t accepting anyone and the second time, he waited about 10-15mins before anyone said anything to him saying they aren’t cutting anybody else’s hair. It would just be common curtesy to let someone know ONCE they walk in to let them know “hey, we aren’t accepting walk ins today” instead of having him wait there and then finally letting him know. Just bad customer service. This is the last time he is attempting to get his hair cut here.

I cant deny they have great barbers BUT they all lack on the customer service part called ahead of time to make sure they take walk in i spoke to one in particular and he said for me to bring my 2 year old in at 2 so i arrived 30 min early and no one bothered to ask if i had an appointment or if i was a walk in waited a whole hour and 30 min for one to finally ask if i had an appointment guess if you aint a regular they dont care! Willing to give it a try once again because they all do their job really good but they seriously need to work on their people skills
