Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love this place. I had been using box dye henna for years and I wanted to go blonde, without potential melting my hair because the two don’t mix. Vanessa was not only willing to try (I had been turned down other places, fair enough) but seemed excited and had many strategies to keep my hair not only long and healthy but on my head. She also managed to turn a terrible home haircut into an adorable curtain bang moment, magic. I get very bad social anxiety around new people but she talks to everyone like an old friend. I thought I didn’t want to have high maintenance hair but now it’s too fun not to.I also get my eyelashes done by Lyn, she has tinted them and done extensions, she is a fun and radiant person who is easy to be around, you can tell she really cares about the end result.Services: Balayage, Eyelash extensionsI love this place. I love this place. I had been using box dye henna for years and I wanted to go blonde, without potential melting my hair because the two don’t mix. Vanessa was not only willing to try (I had been turned down other places, fair enough) but seemed excited and had many strategies to keep my hair not only long and healthy but on my head. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst waxing experience I’ve had. Took around a hour and a half when my first waxing experience at a difference salon took 30 mins. Left with chunks of wax and hair left behind. The skin on my armpits was also completely waxed off. It became swollen and even bruised to the point I couldn’t wear certain clothing or deodorant.
