I’ve never been disappointed any time I’ve come for a pedicure. Got my eyebrows and toes done today and I was super pleased! The whole staff is very personable and a joy to be around. This has to be the absolute worst place I have ever been! I walked in and 2 people were being serviced, the technicians are a male and female I asked for eyelash extensions, the male said okay yes not much wait. The female employee who apparently does lashes didn’t speak at all, she was working so I didn’t think anything of it. When this salon first opened I tried them and the experience was great. Then everytime I came I would have to come back for a correction. Now, I understand there is only two employees but I would usually come when they were not busy. This week I went for a polish change on my toes in which I stated when I walked through the door. A new employee did my toes and had polish all on one foot and the job was not done well at all. As I leave the owner tells me the charge and tells me there is a charge to take the gel polish off. I stated to him that I did a polish change. He charged me $5 to take the gel polish off and $25 for the polish change. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just went ahead and paid. Now, I work with business owners and this is definitely not right. You knew who I was and what I have done, but you refused to tell me about your changes when I stated what I was having done. I will not be returning. Also, the people I recommended I will be informing them of their business practices. As a business owner, inform your customers of any changes before you provide the service and let them decide. Also, post signs of the change. You do right and right will follow you.

H&D did a terrible job on my eyebrows I was told that the owners wife was on her way back which I was willing to wait but a young lady came from the back and was told to do them and she supposedly does a “a great job” however she did a terrible job! H&D did my eyebrows with the glasses on Perfect Nails in Northport “Becky” the best Nail tech fixed them in the no glasses pic!I do not recommend for eyebrows waxing!!! Maybe the wife would have done a better job

New male pedicure guy is kind of a jerk. He complained the whole time about how short my toenails were, and how hard they were to work with. He even compared my feet to my friends who was also getting a pedicure. It just seemed unprofessional and really soured my experience. I also had to wait for my entire friends pedicure to be done, which was really annoying too.
