First, the staff are so inviting and knowledgeable. Everyone works together so that you have a seamless experience. I’ve spent most of my time with Lauren. I’ve had 2 laser hair removal sessions, on 3 areas. Lauren made me feel comfortable, and the machine was practically painless. Lauren has also given me 2 hydrafacials, and I’m so pleased with my skin. If you don’t know, Lauren is a certified master for the hydrafacial. I highly recommend any service at The Refinery, but obviously Lauren is my favorite.
