I just took my first visit here after driving past it for years. 10/10 will be coming back. The services were excellent and everyone was very professional. I did not get any cuts on my fingers or cuticles – this is a hard thing to avoid since my nails are so short, but she worked meticulously and slowly to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciate it very much. I definitely recommend coming here for your next manicure or pedicure.

I & my daughter in law came for mani & pedicure. They immediately attended to my daughter in law and made me wait 40 minutes for my pedicure, the nail when the guy were cutting , he pulled very had and luckily it did not bleed but was painful, then he did not do a good job on the pedicure and when I asked for the massage, he said they do 40 minutes only and he did not massage my calf’s at all, the massage was bad and service was bad. I did not get my manicure because he did not do a good job and told him why I was not getting manicure. Went and paid for the both of us fir one manicure and 2 pedicures and complained to the lady taking payment about the service , no apology or no reaction. She said come again and I told her that I will not come back after such service, no reaction. I loved going to Hawaiian nails because of the service, now this will be my last visit to that place no more paying for bad service.

The service was fine the only thing I didn’t care too much for were them speaking the Vietnamese language a lot I think you should speak English when your customers don’t know what you’re saying it makes me kind of wonder what are they saying it could be good or bad I don’t know but that’s my only thing other than that everything else was fine

Hawaii Spa and Nails is by far top of the line! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. My toenails looked amazing, as well as my heels. I haven’t had a pedicure in nearly three years and they took extra careful care of my feet. 10/10 will definitely be recommending to all my friends and coworkers! Pedicure

I rec’d the worst pedicure I’ve ever had here yesterday. I went in for quick spa pedicure. When I sat down the technician began trying to upsell me. I thanked her three times and declined the upgrade. I asked for my nails to be clipped short. She filed them instead. I told her no I want the clipped short. She was clearly mad that I wouldn’t upgrade my service. When she was trimming my cuticles two of my toes bled. I told the cashier I was extremely dissatisfied with the technician and the job she did. He apologized, grabbed my card and ran it. I tipped her two bucks and left. I will NOT go back. The entire service took approximately 13 minutes.

I hate to write this review because I used to love coming here but I would not recommend this place at all! The past 2 times I’ve been there to get a gel manicure I have been cut. The last time I was cut 3 times and my finger got infected and there was no discount or even apology. The woman even asked for a tip and was very upset when I said no! This salon does not have good service if I could give zero stars I would.
