I have been going to Victoria for about 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. Everytime appointment I feel so comfortable knowing she will put her best effort into giving me the hair I want and she never falls short! Not only a great hairstylist but a great person all around. I would recommend anyone to go there, you won’t be disappointed!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI did not go home and color my hair myself I had a different stylist fix the botched hair! I was told I would be issued a refund for a measly $40 and was lied to about this and was never issued that refund. Where I spoke to the owner she was extremely rude and belittling and she thinks for some reason since she owns another salon she is able to speak to people disrespectfully and that gives her enough experience to do business in such a poor manner. I was not taken care of how I should when paying a fortune for a terrible hair color. That costed me $270. I didn’t appreciate how the issue was handled and definitely didn’t appreciate being asked why I went to them when I have had my hair colored elsewhere! Excuse me!
