I don’t know why I waste my time at this nail salon, every time I come I’m disappointed, I used to come to this salon all the time, they did great work, great customer service and I was always leaving with a clean fresh set but something has changed for sure. Firstly it seems like the color selection gets smaller and smaller each time I come. Secondly I’m never satisfied with the work often times I’m left with unfinished nails, rushed work, and nails broken next day or within the same week yet the prices keep increasing. I know what they are capable of which is why I give them a chance but with most recent experience I’m not happy with my nails and won’t be coming back or recommending them. However I will say the women who did my pedicure this time did a great job and I give credit where it’s due. I’m tired of wasting my money here and I strongly suggest if you want something that’s pretty and durable you go somewhere else.

Praise be to David at Haute Spot for consistently slaying and making my nails so beautiful for my wedding day and weeks beyond! I normally don’t wear gel or any polish so I wanted it to be perfect. He matched my style which is traditional and low maintenance. I made appointments ahead of time (1st thing in the morning always worked out for me), and I never had any issues with scheduling, and they were frequently accommodating. So thankful to not have to worry about this part of my wedding prep!

The Haute spot manager is very professional and she makes sure every customer gets great customer service. Steven always does my nails and he is amazing. Sam does great pedicures and MiMi for your brows! This is definitely a nail salon you can go to and they will always do everything they can to make sure you walk out 100% completely satisfied.

I found my new forever nail spot!!!! My first time there and it was a very pleasant experience from the atmosphere to the staff!! I absolutely love my nails and can’t wait to go back!!! I had Stephen as my nail tech and he is the best!!! The owner was very friendly and personable as well!! 10/10!!!
